Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through echoesofcraft.com, operated via WooCommerce, with shipments to Europe, the United States, and Canada. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must notify us before the withdrawal period expires.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be returned in the same condition as received.
• Be unused, unassembled, unpainted, and unmodified.
• Include original packaging, all parts, manuals, and accessories.
• Be complete and free from damage.

 

Due to the collectible nature of vintage military figurines and model kits from the 1970s and 1980s, any handling may reduce their value. All returned items will be subject to inspection upon receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

👉All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, regardless of destination. We do not refund return shipping fees, original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or import fees, particularly for returns originating outside the European Union.

Return Process

The customer must contact us to request a return authorization.

Once approved, the item must be shipped to the return address provided below.

Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

• Refunds apply only to the product price and exclude original shipping costs.
• Refunds are issued using the same payment method selected at checkout.
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 calendar days after the returned item is received and
  inspected.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue, including the packaging. Each case will be reviewed individually and resolved in accordance with WooCommerce refund practices.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for items that:

• Show signs of use, assembly, or modification.
• Are incomplete or missing original packaging.
• Have been damaged after delivery.

 

Final Notes

This policy is designed to work in conjunction with WooCommerce’s checkout, order management, and refund system. Echoes of Craft reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
